One Cost Model

As the name suggests, this business model works on a fixed cost. Here, the total cost of the execution of project is computed first and then if the client signs agreement, the development team commences the project execution.

This business model is always seen as risk free where the estimated cost is decided on the initial stage which does not exceed unless and additional demand comes up.

Time Basis Model

In this model, the cost is not computed at the initial stage and the client is charged at the end of project execution according to the total working hours spent on the project. This model is suitable for the clients who are not sure about the final outcome of the project and also want to participate in the development activities.

DELIVERY PHASE

Ebizon delivers the final product in two different phases. This allows a better introspection of the amount of efforts invested and a proper delivery.

Phase I: Alpha Delivery

This is the first build of the application to be provided to the client. The client then tests the application and lets us know the feedbacks. We incorporate the feedbacks in the application. The time for the client to give feedback depends on the actual project size. It should be a maximum of 20 % of the total project length. However it ranges between 3 days to two weeks.

Phase II: Beta Delivery

This is the final build of the application. We incorporate all the feedback given by the client in the application and then send the final application on a given date. This is the final build and then project is closed. If the client is not satisfied with the Beta delivery as well then a detailed report should be sent to the Account Manager of the respective project.
