Sudeep Goyal, CEO


Sudeep is an IIT Bombay Computer Science (CS) graduate. He is a bright, young, chap who loves to hack the computer all the way down to the lowest nitty-gritty. He did his BS and MS in Computer Science from IIT, Bombay and has been involved with several startups that he earlier helped co-found. After having spent few years in "event processing" and in the enterprise space, he was attracted to PHP, Drupal and other open source technologies. He still finds it attractive to the possibilities it opens up to fast web and internet application development.

Ankit Agarwal, CTO


Ankit Agarwal is an IIT Bombay graduate. He is a tech-savvy, web development, programmer for the company. Having a deep thought for technology and a desire to move things, he is also an idea generator for the company. His sound competence with Microsoft and Open source technologies has helped the company sail through comfortably with the customers and gives them sound satisfaction lot of times.

B.E. in Electronics Engineering, Bangalore University, Bangalore, India, 1989, Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Syracuse University, Syracuse N.Y., 1994.
After graduation,he went to work in the industry where he helped establish distributed object standards such as CORBA with OMG and J2EE with JCP.He worked for over 10 years at Oracle Corporation, Teknekron Communication Systems and Covad communications after which he helped found a startup in Silicon Valley called Collation Inc. in 2001. IBM subsequently acquired Collation in 2005.He helped Collation secure their first round of $6M in April of 2002 and release their Discover product in Jan 2003. after which He returned to India to join IIT Bombay as an Associate Professor in the School of Information Technology.

Vijay Krishnan, Founder, Infoaxe Inc


Vijay Krishnan received his Masters in Computer Science at Stanford University where his research focused on Data/Text/Web Mining, Machine Learning and Web Search. At Stanford, Vijay worked on applying Machine Learning to the problem of Named Entity Recognition, which is an important problem in Information Retrieval and Extraction. This led to a publication in the COLING-ACL 2006 proceedings. He also worked on the problem of web spam detection by analyzing hyperlinks, which led to a publication in the AirWeb workshop at SIGIR 2006.
Vijay worked at Yahoo! Inc in summer 2006 and briefly in 2007 and worked on the automated classification of queries, ads and webpages into large taxonomies with several thousand categories. Vijay developed novel methods for fast and accurate classification that were also extremely efficient by way of having a very small memory footprint thereby making them very easy to load into main memory and deploy. He has filed a patent for the same titled "Method for Efficiently Building Compact Models for Large Multi-Class Text Classification". His classifiers substantially improved on the existing systems at Yahoo and in turn led to improvements in many products related to Search Relevance, Data Insights, Advertisement Matching and targeting.
Vijay received his Undergraduate and Masters degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. His research thesis on Automated Question Answering was published at HLT-EMNLP 2005, while his work on mathematical modeling of document corpora was published at SIGIR 2005. His research on Privacy Preserving Data Mining was published at DASFAA 2004.

Apoorva Singh, Co-founder and Director, Seeknet Technologies


Apoorva is advising Ebizon Netinfo on business strategy and vision. Apoorva was a cofounder-director at Seeknet technologies, a company acquired by Tribal Fusion in 2005. At Tribal Fusion, Apoorva served as technology architect until 2007.
Apoorva is a 2001 graduate of IIT Delhi and also has an MBA from Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley where he has founded an exciting mobile startup called Spidr.
