I only ever dealt with one employee although I know there were others (a developer) were incvolved and in this case this worked very well for me - we built a rapport, which to some degree was unexpected and I felt very comfortable in asking many questions, questioning why something had been done. This was my very first experience with an Elance project and obviously my first project with this company. Overall it was an excellent experience with both and with the the company it was such a good experience that I would definitely use them again, they would be my first choice for futureprojects."
